Milwaukee Police Investigate Two Unrelated Shootings; Suspects Sought

The following incidents are unrelated.

Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that occurred on Saturday, August 22nd , 2026, at approximately 5:45 p.m., on the 2100 block of N. 41 St. The unidentified victim sustained serious injuries and was conveyed to a local hospital for treatment. The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. Milwaukee Police continue to seek unknown suspect(s). Milwaukee Police are investigating a non-fatal shooting that occurred on Saturday, August 22nd, 2026, at approximately 7:42 p.m., on the 2400 block of West Burleigh Street. The victim, a 20-year-old, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was conveyed to a local hospital for treatment. The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. Milwaukee Police continue to seek known suspect(s). The unidentified victim in the first incident has been identified and is 17 years of age.
