Milwaukee Police Investigate Two Unrelated Non-Fatal Shootings on August 16

Milwaukee Police are investigating a non-fatal shooting that occurred Sunday, August 16, 2026, at approximately 10:40 p.m., in the 9100 block of W. Silver Spring. The victim, a 28-year-old, sustained injuries from a gunshot and was treated for those injuries at a local hospital. The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. Milwaukee Police continue to seek an unknown suspect.
