Fatal Shooting on W. Appleton Avenue: Milwaukee Police Seek Suspect(s) and Witnesses
Milwaukee Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at approximately 11:40 a.m., on the 7800 block of W. Appleton Avenue. The victim, a 44-year-old, sustained fatal injuries. The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. Milwaukee Police continue to seek unknown suspect(s).
