CBRE Arranges Sale of 144-Unit Sunset Ridge in Milwaukee

Milwaukee – Feb. 17, 2026 – CBRE has arranged the sale of Sunset Ridge, a 144-unit multifamily property in Milwaukee. Rio Realty LLC purchased the property from Weidner Apartment Homes for an undisclosed amount.

CBRE’s Matson Holbrook, Gretchen Richards, Sean Beuche and Patrick Gallagher represented the seller in the transaction. Steve Kundert of CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt and Structured Finance team in Chicago secured the acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer.

“We originally sold this asset to Weidner back in 2017 as their first acquisition in Wisconsin and it’s been a privilege to bring the transaction full circle,” said Gallagher. “It was a pleasure to work with a buyer who moved decisively and collaboratively throughout the process, making this transaction exceptionally smooth.”

Sunset Ridge is located at 8183 N. 107th St. in Milwaukee’s Granville neighborhood, offering convenient access to Interstate 41 and U.S. Route 45. The property features a range of one‑ and two‑bedroom floor plans.
