Brookfield, Wis. – North Shore Investment Services today announced Erika Milosevich, CFP-Vice President and Program Manager of North Shore Investment Services, has received Top Directors Awards recognition in 2025 Kehrer Group Top Directors Awards Women-Led Firm category. She placed third in the Top Directors – Women-Led Firms category.

Sources of data included annual benchmarking surveys, self-nominations, and nominations by third-party BDs. For each metric, they assigned 100 points to the practice with the best performance, 99 for the next best, etc. In the case of clients per advisor and advisor coverage, the firms were ranked lowest to highest. This approach resulted in firms earning points in any one factor only if they were in the top 100. They then averaged the scores of the firms across the 16 criteria – these criteria can change yearly. There were no costs to be considered or to receive a Top Directors Award.
