Joint Riverwest town hall to take place on Thursday

Alderwoman Milele A. Coggs and Alderman Alex Brower are inviting residents to attend an upcoming joint town hall meeting taking place on Thursday, November 13, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Falcon Bowl, 801 E. Clarke St. The town hall meeting will be an opportunity for residents of the area to ask questions and share their concerns. In addition to Alderwoman Coggs and Alderman Brower, representatives from various city departments will be in attendance to speak with residents and answer questions. The town hall is hosted by Riverworks Development Corp. Riverworks will also be collecting food donations at the town hall to support Kinship Community Food Center.

“We would encourage all residents of Riverwest and the surrounding area to join us for a town hall meeting on Thursday. This is a great opportunity to speak directly with and ask questions of your elected officials and other city staff. We hope residents will take some time to provide their input on ways in which we can better serve the community,” said the Council Members.
