NARI Milwaukee Hosts 35th Annual Home & Remodeling Show Oct. 17-19

MILWAUKEE (October 2025) – Most homeowners have a long list of things they’d like to improve or update. It might be a basement that’s unfinished, windows that are drafty, a roof that’s past its prime or a kitchen or bathroom that desperately deserve an update. For those who were impacted by the August flooding, their list might include foundation and basement repairs like wall reinforcement, crack sealing, sump pumps, drain tiles, waterproofing and exterior grading.

The upcoming NARI Milwaukee Home & Remodeling Show is an easy way to connect with qualified resources who can provide insight and advice and get the job done right. NARI’s annual show runs Oct. 17-19 at the Exposition Center at Wisconsin State Fair Park, 8200 W. Greenfield Ave., West Allis.

“At a time when many homeowners are looking for reputable companies to help them recover from the flood, NARI Milwaukee is a valuable resource that shares local, professional contractors who we’ve vetted and who are bound by a NARI Code of Ethics and Industry Standards of Practice,” says Michelle Brown, executive director of NARI Milwaukee. “Our fall show is a one-stop shop to connect with qualified NARI members.”

Approximately 100 NARI Milwaukee members will be exhibiting and on hand to answer questions, make recommendations and provide guidance, solutions and creative suggestions. In fact, for 2026 indoor and outdoor projects, now is the time for homeowners to line up trusted, local professionals.

Participating exhibitors at the NARI Milwaukee Home & Remodeling Show run the gamut of remodeling and home improvement services and products – from design/build firms to specialized contractors for all areas of the home, including basements, roofing, gutters, windows, doors, HVAC, electrical and more.

The Midwest Basement Revival: Make Room for Life Indoors

At this year’s show, a special showcase will spotlight the potential of basement spaces while also addressing how homeowners can help prevent water infiltration and protect their lower levels from flooding.

“Basements are a way to ‘expand’ a home without changing its footprint,” says Brown. “They’re an entire level of living that can meet a family’s needs—whether they’re looking for a place to entertain, an extra bedroom for overnight guests, a workout studio or home office.”

Free Admission During Final Hours

New this year, the show will host two hours with free admission. On Sunday, Oct. 19, the final two hours of the show (3–5 p.m.) are free during the Packers game. It’s the perfect opportunity for non-football fans—or anyone who wants to catch the show before it closes—to explore at no cost.

Tickets for the 2025 NARI Milwaukee Home & Remodeling Show are:

• $8 in advance (online only at narimilwaukee.org/FallShow)
• $10 at the door
• Adults 60+ are $8 at the door
• Free admission for children age 17 and younger, veterans, active-duty military, first responders and medical personnel. Must show ID at the door.
• Free admission for all on Sunday Oct. 19, 3-5 p.m.

$10 for parking at State Fair; ample street parking is also available.
