Washington Park Wednesdays Presents Viva! Latin Swing July 30 Concert

Juan Mungia and Latin Swing Factor promise an evening of dance music

(Milwaukee, Wis.) – The Washington Park Wednesdays summer concert series continues with a night of exciting Latin music and dance on July 30, 2025, at Milwaukee’s historic Washington Park Bandshell (4599 W. Lloyd St., Milwaukee). Activities begin at 5 p.m., with live music starting at 6 p.m. throughout the concert series.

Latin Swing Factor will ignite the stage bringing fiery Afro Cuban jazz, salsa, and Latin soul led by bold brass, dynamic percussion and irresistible dance grooves. Following the opener, guitarist Juan Mungia – known locally for his captivating performances – takes the stage, blending smooth jazz guitar with warm, melodic flair to guide the audience through his heartfelt interpretations and improvisations. Together, they’ll deliver a night of lush rhythms, inviting everyone to sway, celebrate and soak in Milwaukee’s dynamic musical soundscape.

Local vendors and food trucks will offer a variety of food and beverage options for purchase. Free meals will be available for all hungry children from the Milwaukee Center for Independence.

Washington Park Wednesdays is a free summer concert series at Milwaukee’s Washington Park coordinated through Washington Park Neighbors. Since 2019, the eight-week lineup has brought together musicians, food trucks, community groups and more to entertain and engage the diverse neighborhoods surrounding the park. Hungry kids and families enjoy free meals, art projects and entertainment in this inclusive and inviting environment.
