Start your Sunday with intention at Rise & Restore, a wellness-inspired morning at Wauwatosa’s newest park, Firefly Grove—home to the beloved Wauwatosa Troll, Mama Rosa, a creation by world-renowned recycle artist Thomas Dambo.

• Yoga begins at 9:30 a.m. with instructor Caitlin Moyer—bring your own mat, no registration required.
• Enjoy craft coffee from Vennture Brewing Co. (10% of sales donated)
• Create your own bouquet at the Build-Your-Own Flower Bar (100% of proceeds benefit Friends of Firefly Grove Park)
• Treats for you and your pup from Artful Bliss (10% of sales donated)

$15 per person (cash or Venmo accepted on-site). All proceeds support Fridays at Firefly Grove Park, a series that brings community events, beautification, and connection to this unique green space.
