The Brewery Neighborhood Improvement District No. 1 Names Sam Rampulla as New Executive Director

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (Nov. 2024) – The Brewery Neighborhood Improvement District No. 1 (NID No. 1) is excited to announce Sam Rampulla as its new Executive Director. Rampulla, who previously served as Leasing & Marketing Manager at Eleven25 at Pabst while studying at Marquette University, brings a wealth of experience to the position. He is currently a Tenant Coordinator in the Commercial Property Management division at Colliers – Wisconsin. With his strong background in real estate and his commitment to community development, Rampulla is poised to make a significant impact on the district.

“Sam’s leadership and experience in commercial real estate and neighborhood revitalization will be invaluable as we continue to grow and enhance The Brewery District,” said Michael Kelly, Chairman of the NID No. 1 Board of Directors.

“I am thrilled to join the team and contribute to the ongoing transformation of this vibrant, historic area,” said Rampulla. “I look forward to working with the community to further strengthen The Brewery District as a hub for innovation, culture, and connection.”
