JCP Construction Marks Company Success with ‘Built to Last’ Celebration
(MILWAUKEE) – On Thursday, November 14, 2024, JCP Construction hosted a special event to mark a significant milestone—its 15-year anniversary.
Employees, industry partners, vendors, friends and family were among the nearly two hundred people gathering at NÔ STUDIOS, 1037 W McKinley Ave, Milwaukee, to celebrate this achievement. The theme, ‘Built to Last: Celebrating 15 Years of Partnership’ reflects the company’s journey of establishing a strong reputation, an incredible team, and a thriving community.
Since its founding in 2008, JCP Construction has grown from a small family business into a leading construction firm, known for its commitment to quality, workforce development, and community impact. Built on strong partnerships and the tireless efforts of employees and collaborators, JCP Construction is recognized for more than 100 years of combined team experience, starting with two employees at the Phelps’ family home to a peak of 95 team members, and tripling revenue since its inception.
From large-scale developments to community initiatives, President Jalin Phelps said it’s been the company’s privilege to work more than 500 projects in the past decade and a half alongside some of the industry’s best.
“As we celebrate our past, we are also looking toward the future, and we can’t wait to continue building alongside our valued partners,” added Jalin. “The anniversary party was a memorable evening of music, food, and conversation as we honored our shared achievements. Here’s to the next chapter and many more milestones together.”
