Former commercial building on S. Kinnickinnic Ave. in Bay View. The building was demolished as part of the development of the 69-unit Vue apartment building by Dermond Property Investments (2202 S. Kinnickinnic Ave.). The longtime home of Faust Music.

According to Dermond and the city, the building was beyond commercially-viable repair.

The building was actually made up of two buildings. The first was built in 1882 and contained 7,749 sq-ft of space. The second contained 5,040 sq-ft and was built in 1927.
