Tranwestern Brokers Sale of Medical Office Building in Waukesha, Wisconsin
Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the sale of a 21,500-square-foot medical office building at 1211 Dolphin Court in Waukesha, Wisconsin, to General Capital Acquisitions.
Transwestern’s Marianne Burish, Shaun Dempsey, Mike Salmen, and Erik Coglianese represented the seller, Four Springs Capital Trust. The building traded for $4,900,000. 1211 Dolphin Court is conveniently located 20 minutes from downtown Milwaukee in one of the metropolitan area’s most vibrant suburbs. It is fully leased by Dental Associates, a dental practice with 15 locations across Eastern Wisconsin.
“We continue to see medical office buildings rise to the top of investors’ lists of preferred asset types due to strong tenant and investor demand,” said Salmen, who leads the Midwest Captial Markets group for Transwestern. Burish, Executive Vice President in Milwaukee, added, “1211 Dolphin Court’s desirable location and stable tenancy offers General Capital Acquisitions a solid investment.”
The sale of this asset follows several other MOB transactions facilitiated by Transwestern’s Midwest Capital Markets and Asset Strategies group this year. This includes the sale of Maple Grove Executive Plaza and the acquisition of three medical office assets in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area.
