North Shore Bank Names New Vice President and District Manager
Brookfield, Wis. – North Shore Bank has announced today Dee Patel has been promoted to Vice President and District Manager for the bank’s East Region, which includes offices in Milwaukee and Ozaukee Counties. In this new role, Patel will be responsible for directing the activities of branch personnel to achieve operational and service objectives that fulfill the bank’s mission as a community-focused bank that forms lasting relationships by offering personalized financial solutions to meet customers’ needs and goals.
Patel joined North Shore Bank in 2020 as an area manager for the bank. Prior to joining the bank, Patel was a successful owner of franchise locations for two different national organizations, with a background in banking. She has also earned the Branch Manager of the Year honor twice.
