RFP Commercial Recent Transactions: Sales

Ryan Companies US, Inc. purchased 12.99 acres of vacant land in West Ridge Corporate Center, Menomonee Falls.  Paul McBride represented the Seller.

College Falls Storage LLC purchased a 29,045 SF industrial facility located at 3645 W. Loomis Road, Greenfield.  Joe Carollo and Brett Deter represented the Buyer.

First & Pittsburgh purchased a 1,400 SF retail facility located at 209 S. 1st Street, Milwaukee.  Scott Revolinski and Patti Stevens represented the Seller.

Fredrick Melk purchased an 11,950 SF retail facility located at 12805 W. Janesville Road, Muskego.  Joe Carollo and Brett Deter represented the Seller.

Sara Investment Real Estate purchased a 253,022 SF office complex at 600, 605, 647 & 700 W. Virginia Street, Milwaukee.  Scott Revolinski, Ned Purtell and Ben Adank represented the Seller.
