MILWAUKEE – What’s better than celebrating Craig Counsell’s record-tying wins for a manager with a $5.63 game ticket? How about a Brewers win to set a new standard and marking the occasion with $5.64 beers?!?

With yesterday’s franchise record-setting 564th win under the Brew Crew’s Manager, fans are invited to raise a toast with $5.64 beer. The special opportunity will take place on Monday, June 20 when the Brew Crew takes on the St. Louis Cardinals at 7:10 p.m.

Counsell’s 564 wins in 1,072 games managed surpasses Phil Garner (563 wins/1,180 games managed).

On Monday, June 20, 16 oz. Miller Lite and Coors Light beers (draft and can) will be available for $5.64 through the 5th inning, in celebration of the historic milestone. This promotion is available at all concession locations at American Family Field that sell Miller Lite and Coors Light.

In addition, fans can take advantage of the Miller High Life Monday promotion for the June 20 game, where all Terrace Reserved tickets are just $6. Tickets are available at brewers.com, 800-933-7890 or at the American Family Field Box Office.

Also in honor of the celebration, Miller Lite previously offered 5,000 tickets for each game June 20-22 at just $5.63 to celebrate Counsell tying the record. Those tickets have since been exhausted.

Counsell is the longest-tenured active manager in the National League and the third longest-tenured active manager in MLB. He was named the 19th manager in franchise history in 2015. Now in his eighth season as Brewers manager and seventh full season, only the Guardians Terry Francona and Rays Kevin Cash have longer active tenures with their current teams.

Counsell resides in Whitefish Bay with his wife and four children and is a proud graduate of Whitefish Bay High School (1988) and the University of Notre Dame (1992).
