(WISCONSIN) — In response to Ivanka Trump‘s visit to Rothschild, Wisconsin, Democratic Party of Wisconsin spokesperson Tommy Kubitschek released the following statement:
“Ivanka Trump’s visit to Rothschild will only underscore to Wisconsinites how Trump and his administration have abandoned the Badger State when we are suffering most from their failed leadership. Trump has broken every promise he’s made to the small businesses, workers, and families of Wisconsin, and now as COVID cases are skyrocketing and hospitals are overflowing, the Trump White House has admitted they are giving up on fighting this virus, forcing our neighbors to suffer and our economy to crater. That is why Wisconsinites are turning out in record numbers to turn in their ballots for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, so that we can once again have leadership that is ready to build back Wisconsin even stronger than before.”
