Milwaukee Police seek suspect involved in crash that killed MPD Employee

Milwaukee Police are seeking the driver involved in the fatal car crash that killed Mrs. Deborah Harris on Monday. March 16, 2020. Mrs. Harris, a Milwaukee Police Department Emergency Communications Operator, was driving on North 51st Street at West Vienna Street, when she was struck and killed by a reckless driver.

Mrs. Harris had more than 32 years of service with the Milwaukee Police Department She leaves behind a husband, two adult children, two grandchildren and a host of family members and friends.

MPD is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the driver involved in this fatal crash. If anyone has any information they are asked to call Milwaukee Police at 414-935-7360 or Milwaukee Crime Stoppers at 4I4-224-TIPS.
