MCSO Arrests Hoan Bridge Pedestrian
The pedestrian, identified as Richard K. Fisher, has an active Felony VOP hold/warrant for burglary.
Milwaukee, WI (September, 28, 2019) On Saturday, September 28, at 3:01 p.m. deputies responded to a report of a disabled vehicle, on the southbound side of the Hoan Bridge on I-794. Deputies arrived on scene and the pedestrian started to walk away from the deputies and run across all lanes of traffic. The pedestrian jumped the median barrier wall to the northbound side. While running northbound, the pedestrian climbed over the ledge onto a maintenance ladder. The pedestrian used the ladder to climb down and hide underneath the bridge deck. Deputies successfully communicated to the pedestrian and he climbed back up the ladder and was taken into custody.
The pedestrian, identified as Richard K. Fisher, has an active Felony VOP hold/warrant for burglary. He was charged with State Resisting/Obstructing an Officer.
