TRAFFIC ALERT – Bradley Center Roof Demolition to Close N. Vel R. Phillips Av. and W. State St. Sunday, January 13, 2019 from 6:00 am to 11:00 am
Commuters are advised to slow down, abide by the construction signage, and add extra time navigating this area or use an alternate route to and from their destinations.
The City of Milwaukee Department of Public Works alerts the traveling public that North Vel R.
Phillips Avenue from West State Street to West Highland Avenue and West State Street from North Vel
R. Phillips Avenue to North 6th Street will be closed to traffic on Sunday, January 13, 2019 from
6:00 am to 11:00 am. The street will be closed to ensure a safe boundary during demolition of the roof
atop the Bradley Center located at 1001 North Vel R. Phillips Avenue.
