MILWAUKEE – The wait is almost over. Northwestern Mutual and The Bozzuto Group today announced the start of pre-leasing for 7SEVENTY7, the 35-story, luxury apartment tower currently under construction at 777 N. Van Buren St. in downtown Milwaukee. Prospective residents can now make appointments for virtual tours of the building’s apartments and learn more about 7SEVENTY7’s game-changing amenities, many of which are the first of their kind in Milwaukee.

“We’ve heard from so many people who are interested in 7SEVENTY7 and we are so excited to finally share floor plans and video tours,” said Lauren Schramka, property manager. “Northwestern Mutual has created a brand-new living environment right here in its hometown, with incredible amenities and services; gorgeous apartments with top-tier fixtures and finishes; and a vibrant neighborhood setting with dozens of restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment offerings just a few steps away. We think people will love what they see.”

7SEVENTY7 offers 310 stylish apartments on 25 floors, including 3-, 2-, 1-bedroom and convertible options, along with 14 of the city’s highest-end penthouses. Apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, smart thermostats, customizable closet systems, black-out bedroom blinds, modern Whirlpool appliances, gas slide-in ranges, quartz countertops, under-cabinet lighting, adjustable lighted-frame bathroom mirrors and more. Floor plans are designed to maximize views, and many apartments have outdoor balconies with views of downtown and Lake Michigan.

The building’s 9th and 35th floors are dedicated entirely to amenities. In addition to a bike shop, bike room, pet spa and heated parking, the building offers a golf simulator, outdoor saltwater pool and terrace, fitness center with yoga room, dog run, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, grilling stations, a sports bar, wifi cubes and other special features. Residents will also enjoy top-of-the-market services, including a 24-hour concierge, in-home package and grocery delivery, a neighborhood perks program, valet dry cleaning, away-from-home services, resident events and more.

Additional information – including floor plans and rental applications – can be found at www.live7SEVENTY7.com. The first apartments will be ready for occupancy in early summer.

“This building is truly something special,” Schramka said. “We look forward to seeing everyone now and in the coming months – we want them to experience 7SEVENTY7 for themselves and see just how different downtown living can be.”
