Gov. Scott Walker Campaign Chair Helped Fund Project Veritas Sleaze
Bradley Impact Fund Contributed $25,000 to Group That Ran Sting Operation to Support Accused Pedophile Roy Moore
MADISON, Wis. — IRS records show a Milwaukee based fund gave significant financial support to James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas. The Bradley Impact Fund is a fundraising operation off-shoot of the Bradley Foundation, and has given out more than $5 million in the last two reporting years. Gov. Scott Walker’s longtime campaign chair Mike Grebe is the vice president of the Bradley Impact Fund and until recently ran the nearly $900 million Bradley Foundation.
“The utterly despicable nature of Project Veritas has been exposed by their latest antics, seeking to undermine the credibility of victims of sexual assault in order to help elect an accused pedophile to the United States Senate,” said One Wisconsin Now Executive Director Scot Ross. “And a fund run by Milwaukee’s Bradley Foundation helped make it possible by providing these sleaze mongers with tens of thousands of dollars..”
As widely reported by numerous media outlets, an employee of Project Veritas attempted to fraudulently portray herself as a victim of pedophile and candidate for U.S. Senate Roy Moore. The “sting” was an attempt to discredit the reporting on the stories of Moore’s victims.
Previous research on the Bradley Foundation and its activities by One Wisconsin Now are catalogued on the Bradley Watch web page. The site exposes Bradley’s funding of numerous state-based organizations to defend Gov. Walker and attack his enemies, sponsoring voter suppression billboards targeting minority voters and supporting organizations that ran a multi-million dollar promotional campaign to boost Walker’s sagging political fortunes in 2012.
Most recently, One Wisconsin Now uncovered the newly created Tommy Thompson Center on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus sought, and apparently received, funding from the Bradley Foundation.
Ross concluded, “There’s no level to which the Bradley gang will not sink and no group they won’t fund to advance their radical, right wing vision. They should be ashamed and embarrassed, but I’m sure they are not.”

PROJECT VERITAS is ill named. It promotes falsehoods. The weasel who runs that show could not get a job cleaning toilets, yet he is making a fortune by conning the likes of the donors mentioned in this article. If the reactionaries who are hell-bent on promoting crap are successful in making outdoor toilets fashionable again, PV will promote legislation making it illegal to clean them.
