Rep. Neylon Continues To Cut Red-Tape in Wisconsin
"Philosophically, I oppose unelected individuals enacting administrative rules that directly impact citizens and businesses."
Madison— Today State Representative Adam Neylon (R-Pewaukee) issued the following statement in response to the passage of Assembly Bill 330, legislation he authored, on the Assembly Floor:
“I am pleased to announce that Assembly Bill 330 has passed the Assembly, now it heads to the Senate. This positive reform helps ensure Wisconsin remains open for business.
“Philosophically, I oppose unelected individuals enacting administrative rules that directly impact citizens and businesses. Make no mistake, administrative rules have the same impact as laws that are passed by the Senate, Assembly and get signed into law by the Governor.
“This legislation is yet another example of how the Republicans are leading the charge to improve Wisconsin’s regulatory environment.”
