AFP-WI Thanks Rep. Adam Jarchow as Champion of Property Rights in Wisconsin
“On behalf of AFP-Wisconsin’s base of over 130,000 grassroots activists, we applaud Representative Jarchow for championing Wisconsin homeowners’ property rights.”
MADISON, WI – Americans for Prosperity – Wisconsin launched a grassroots activist campaign to thank State Representative Adam Jarchow for his strong leadership in advancing property rights reform in the Badger State.
“On behalf of AFP-Wisconsin’s base of over 130,000 grassroots activists, we applaud Representative Jarchow for championing Wisconsin homeowners’ property rights,” said AFP-WI State Director Eric Bott. “As the Homeowners’ Bill of Rights is debated in Madison, we felt it was important for our activists to show their strong support for Rep. Jarchow’s commonsense reforms so that we can protect the property rights of every Wisconsinite.”
The mailers note that Rep. Jarchow continues to fight to protect the personal liberty of individuals, families and small business owners across Wisconsin by sponsoring the Homeowners’ Bill of Rights, which will:
- Reduce costs and eliminate barriers for Wisconsin families to buy and own a home;
- Limit the authority of government to overzealously regulate and infringe upon property rights; and
- Protect Wisconsinites from unreasonable zoning and permitting restrictions, including the right of property owners to fly American and Wisconsin flags.

AFP-WI Issues New Legislative Endorsements for July
Jul 6th, 2026 by AFP WisconsinWisconsin faces the most important election in a generation this year. Property taxes are too high, energy costs are out of control, and yet Democrats continue pushing policies that will continue to increase the pain being felt by families. That’s why we endorsed Tom Tiffany and our other policy champions, and why we’re adding Jim Croft and Bobby Lindsey to our slate of endorsed candidates.; Jim and Bobby have proven themselves as candidates who understand the values that make Wisconsin special. Both believe in the power of the free market, small business, education freedom, and commonsense fiscal policies that help all Wisconsinites. We’re glad to give them both our endorsement, and we look forward to helping them win in November.
