35th Annual WMACC Couture for a Cure Masquerade Aims to “Reveal” a Cure for Children with Cancer
This premier event boasts an exceptional silent auction, exquisite wine pull, makeup stations and a trendy Boston Store boutique.
Milwaukee, Wis. – Women for MACC (Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer) invites you to experience a mesmerizing Masquerade at the 35th Annual Couture for a Cure Fashion Show and Luncheon on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee.
This premier event boasts an exceptional silent auction, exquisite wine pull, makeup stations and a trendy Boston Store boutique that features runway-inspired styles modeled during an exclusive luncheon. All proceeds from this elite event support research that impacts the lives of children with cancer and blood disorders.
Pam McGlocklin, one of Women for MACC’s original leaders and wife of MACC Fund founder Jon McGlocklin says the event is – and has always been – all about, “Women coming together to give HOPE and LOVE to precious children around the world.” While this year’s theme is ‘Masquerade’, we strive to fund research that ‘reveals’ cures for afflicted children by raising at least $100,000. Your participation or contribution of any size greatly benefits this cause.
Women for MACC (WMACC) has a sincere commitment to support research until all children are cured of pediatric cancer and blood disorders. To date, the five-year survival rate for all types of childhood cancer has risen from 20 percent to 80 percent since 1976, thanks to generous individual and corporate contributions. Couture for a Cure tickets, table sponsorships and silent auction/wine pull donation opportunities are open to the public and participation supports ongoing critical pediatric cancer and blood disorder research.
