Telkonet, Inc. leased 5,838 SF at 1501 Paramount Drive in Waukesha, WI. Derek Yentz represented the Landlord, Dakota Property Investments LLC.

Stevenson & Marianne Ballot purchased the 13,718 SF industrial facility at 5711 W Douglas Avenue in Milwaukee, WI for $325,000 from Olympic Supply Company. Joe Carollo & Brett Deter represented the Buyer.

Riley Capital 3 LLC purchased the 28,846 SF retail building at 1731-1735 S Madison Road in Beloit, WI for $225,00. Joe Carollo & Brett Deter represented the Seller, Johnson Bank.
