MILWAUKEE – (August 2, 2016) – Sosh, a downtown Milwaukee social media marketing agency, recently completed an extensive restructuring and hired a new president, Al Balda, to best position the company for future growth as it eyes expanding its client portfolio over the upcoming quarters.

The reorganization focuses on small teams of specialists collaborating and contributing their expertise across multiple client accounts to deliver high quality solutions and services. The change also promotes employee growth, success and work-life balance, encouraging team members to focus on the company’s core values.

Sosh also welcomed a new member to their executive team, Al Balda. Well-seasoned in nearly every aspect of business administration, Balda joins Sosh from a fellow Milwaukee-based agency. Balda plans to leverage his years of experience and diverse skill set to support Sosh’s continued growth and success.

“When I first met Michelle D’Attilio years ago, I knew she was going to do something amazing.” shares the new Sosh President, Al Balda. “I’ve always had an immense amount of respect for her, as a friend and business owner. I am extremely excited for this opportunity to work with Michelle and the entire Sosh team. We’re all looking forward to what the future holds.”

“I feel so lucky to have not only another rockstar, but a friend, on our team,” says CEO of Sosh Michelle D’Attilio. “Al’s new position here will allow us to grow on a more national scale, which I couldn’t be more excited for!” continues D’Attilio.

Sosh recently acquired a national brand earlier this year: Palermo’s Pizza, where Sosh creates and maintains social content for many of its brands.

“Sosh is ready for its next evolution! There are many ways that artificial intelligence and augmented reality will change the consumer shopping experiences forever, so we plan to help our clients jump ahead of the curve to ensure their future success,” says D’Attilio.

“Our clients and Sosh are ready for this kind of change.” said D’Attilio.
