Statement: Johnson’s New PAC
"Wisconsinites are tired of these shadow groups desperately trying to prop up out-of-touch Senators like Ron Johnson with millions of dollars in attack ads."
Russ for Wisconsin campaign manager Tom Russell released a statement following the formation of “Let America Work,” a DC-based super PAC formed to aid Senator Ron Johnson:
“Wisconsinites are tired of these shadow groups desperately trying to prop up out-of-touch Senators like Ron Johnson with millions of dollars in attack ads. It’s pretty clear to everyone in Wisconsin that Senator Ron Johnson’s agenda of serving billionaires, multimillionaires and big corporations isn’t working, and now he’s hoping his pet super PAC can bail him out. If Senator Johnson wanted to run on his record let the voices of Wisconsinites be heard, he’d sign the Badger Pledge and keep groups like this out of our state.”
