Fatal Assault in Milwaukee: 56-Year-Old Victim Dies, 22-Year-Old Suspect in Custody
Milwaukee Police are investigating a fatal battery that occurred at 5:33 p.m., on Thursday, November 5th, 2026, on the 1700 block of N.12th St. The 56-year-old victim was battered by the 22-year-old suspect. The 56-year-old victim sustained a fatal injury and was pronounced dead at the scene. The 22-year-old suspect was taken into custody. This investigation remains ongoing. Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
