The 2023 ADCP transects followed up on 2022 bathymetric and side-scan sonar surveys of the Milwaukee River bottom up to the Milwaukee/Ozaukee County line that measured depth and identified bottom substrate. In 2023, in-stream ADCP measurements corresponded well with USGS stream gage data, though the team had to pause data collection at times due to low flows.
