    Go green by simplifying the heck outta all that concrete down there, that’s gotta be one of the top ten unfriendly intersection in the whole region

    Beautifying land beneath elevated freeways and their interchanges? I hope it works, but it seems to be the proverbial “lipstick on a pig”.
