The Symphony’s new home opened as the Warner Theatre in 1931, not Warner Grand Theatre. Marcus renamed it the Centre when they bought the operating lease in 1966, https://content.mpl.org/digital/collection/HstoricPho/id/2354/rec/6, then renamed it the Grand when the Grand Avenue shopping center opened across the street in 1982.
