That Golden Girls Show: A Puppet Parody

Summer may be over, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t still a ton to do around the city! Urban Milwaukee has tickets to four diverse upcoming events that we want to give you. That’s right, if you’re an Urban Milwaukee member, you can pick your upcoming show, on us. It’s first come first served, so we recommend you act quick.

Urban Milwaukee is home to the city’s only news-site membership program, and we are offering a variety of tickets to new members. If you sign-up to become a member today, we’ll give you two tickets to the event of your choice, while supplies last.

Current members can follow this link, or click below, to claim their tickets, while supplies last.

What we currently have to offer:

  • Marcus Performing Arts Center’s “That Golden Girls Show! A Puppet Parody”: This show will take you back to that sassy Miami house in 1985 that parodies classic Golden Girls moments, but this time…with puppets! Get set for an evening of cheesecake, laughter, jazzercise, shoulder pads, and the elegant art of the quick-witted put down. Devoted fans will fondly remember our four girls from Miami, and for the first-timers, this will be a joyful introduction to the brilliance of that television series. Wilson Theater at Vogel Hall – October 26th – 7:30 p.m. – $96 value.

Created and directed by John Mueller, this musical has met with sell-out shows and audience standing ovations. All songs are performed live without tracks and guaranteed to get any audience rocking and rolling! Wilson Theater at Vogel Hall – November 1st – 7:30 p.m. – $96 value.
