Congratulations and well done. It sounds like a worthy project filling a critical need for affordable housing. Good luck with construction and the rest of the project.
Hopefully it looks nothing like that rendering which very much reminds me of the love child of the State office bldg on 7th and Wells, and Thomas Jefferson middle school in Menomonee Falls built in the 60’s.
