I sure hope that the black panel at the top right of the building will be changed out with a glass one
A huge mistake on the Big Lake along a major bird migratory fly-way, whereby many thousands will meet their deaths annually from this huge mirrored glass lite object. Glass is also a poor insulator and allows for larger solar gains and heat loss. It will be an energy hog for heating and air conditioning for decades into the future. This building is one huge missed opportunity by the owner and architect.
