A new bold skyscraper like this should definitely be celebrated. Unfortunately, I’m puzzled by LED lights flashing at the tower’s summit. I’d like to admire the new addition to the skyline, but the LED lights are so bright and burn my eyes. Does anyone else experience this nuisance?
