Really wish my former alderperson was more articulate then to say “there’s a whole bunch of stuff”. Maybe outline exactly what he should be doing.
Either way they really need to hold these developers accountable especially after using weak, debunked excuses such as we can’t find anyone.
It’s too bad that in the rare instance Milele Coggs does speak up she sounds like an idiot. Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt.
I’m not a huge fan of Milele either, but the reporting seems to indicate she understood the fine line the city walks here and that additional or even revamped legislation isn’t likely to cure, despite only including quotes to the contrary.
