Gallery Night at Urban Milwaukee Store
New exhibit features artistic melding of Milwaukee's past and future
Make sure to include Urban Milwaukee: The Store on your Gallery Night route. The gift shop, a sister store to our online publication, will be featuring a new exhibit by artist and transportation planner John O’Neill. O’Neill, Urban Milwaukee’s Intersection columnist, uses his urban planning education to hand draw a more vibrant city, mixing long-gone Milwaukee landmarks with reimagined city streets. O’Neill recreates Milwaukee classics like the Chicago and North Western Railway Lakefront Depot and Val Blatz mansion and and reimagines historic streets like Brady, North and Wisconsin.
Haven’t been to the store for awhile? Stop by to see many of our new products from local vendors, including hand-crafted, Milwaukee-patterned leather goods from Tactile Craftworks and a number of new products from Paper Pleasers.

A complete list of Gallery Night participants, their hours and a site map is available on the event website.
Besides being lovely, John O’Neill’s artwork has kind of a wry-wit quality to it! Yes, visit the Urban Milwaukee Store for Gallery Night!
