    Let’s face it. The gentrification and popularity of the Third Ward has priced out artist studios, artisans and light manufacturing.

    I did make a donation during Doors Open. I wondered how long it would be before that property became too valuable for its current use. Rent would be jacked up too high for the blacksmith to stay. If I were them I would be looking to relocate.
