    PROGRESS! How sad

  2. Barbara says:

Looks like it had great bones but it’s had some really tasteless “adjustments” done to it. What a shame to just tear it down. Surely the frame could be repurposed elsewhere and the wood floors and decking reused. There’s a company in Milwaukee called WasteCap that might be able to recycle it.

    Please save the “guts”

Michael: I am an architect, and no a few timber-building contractor folks who would dismantle the building free-of-charge, provided they would keep the material + utilize/re-purpose.

Please e-mail me if this might be a possibility. I could someone in touch w/ the Owners.

    Regards,
    Todd

Mr. Brengel is probably thinking the real estate taxes will be much lower if there is no building on the property.
