Dave,
Exciting news! Any word on 700 E. Kilbourn? Last I heard, the project was estimated to break ground during the first quarter of this year.
I think 700 E. Kilbourn is still looking for financing. The costs came in a little high. They may be reworking the design and unit mix as well.
What about the 3 units going up on Washington between 1st and 2nd in Walkers Point? Construction has begun there as well.
@Joshua Ii is my understanding a construction fence recently went up there, but actual construction doesn’t start for two weeks (it’s mentioned in the first tweet from Andrew Weiland).
Dave, thanks for the thorough update/analysis. The chart is great!
Hi Dave. What’s the status of the Fortress redevelopment? Is there a timeline for that?
Any update on these numbers? JSonline just wrote about how the population has dropped by 4,000 people this last year.
