An office tower in downtown Vancouver. At 35-sotires, it's the eighth tallest building in the city. Apparently the first 22 floors were completed in 2002 and the remaining floors finished in 2007. It's featured in the upcoming Fifty Shades of Grey movie. It's another building that despite its height interacts wonderfully with humans on the street.
