This is the coolest project in Milwaukee right now for sure. Such a cool design for the apartments and catalyst retail spot for a booming east side. I love this city! Can’t wait to see how this comes along in a few weeks when i’m back for the holiday

I’ll always miss the theater in the old Prospect Mall. Along with the Alterra on Prospect, it was the first place I hung out when I moved to Milwaukee in August 1997. I took the 30 from campus and went and saw a movie (Mimic or Hoodlum, can’t remember, though I know I saw The Game there in September 1997), the first of many I saw there.
