Photojournalist Horne on a good day never misses a detail. And this was a good day (or at least evening) weather-wise. What cracked me up during this photo was Alderwoman Coggs letting Bonnie Joseph know how great her shoes were. Indeed, they were great shoes. Unfortunately, unpictured.
