It’s officially fall and we’re officially in full swing!  There’s no time left to dilly-dally — we must decide what looks we’re going to pursue for the rest of the season. If you haven’t found that missing piece that instantly glams up your outfit, look no further. I’ve got tons of goodies for you to feast your eyes on!

1.  Make a statement with your bag. It’s important to always have a statement bag, but maybe you’ve been carrying the same one around for years. Trade in anything white or dirty looking and grab a bag or tote with a rich color. This fall is all about bold accents, so try a bright red for fun.

2. Boots galore! A girl can never have too many boots. I like to have different pairs for different occasions. It’s always good to have a solid pair to run errands in, like Uggs. That way you can splash around in the freezing puddles, yet stay nice and cozy. For work, try to find a pair of booties that works with your wardrobe. Avoid suede as it has a harder time keeping clean and in shape in the Wisconsin autumns and winters. Finally, have a pair of sexy boots for date night or a night out with the girls. To be extra daring, find a pair of over the knee boots- extra boldness and extra hot!

3.  Throw on a scarf. I love, love, love scarves! There’s nothing that puts a finishing touch on an outfit like a scarf. I personally have several solids and patterns to make sure I always have something that will work with whatever outfit I’m wearing. Not only will the scarf act as a cherry on top of the icing, but will keep you warm when the chilly fall breeze sweeps by.

4.  Get leggy in leggings. Many women perceive leggings to be an accessory for their thinner counterparts, but that couldn’t be more untrue! Leggings actually have a slimming effect (especially if black). Find a tunic or sweater dress that you feel comfortable wearing and that covers your bum and a great belt to go along with it. Belt the smallest part of your waist and throw on the leggings. Voila, you have on the most comfortable outfit you could ever find!
