“I will continue to work hard to ensure Milwaukee County is a place where everyone’s rights are respected and all people are able to live with dignity.
“With the inauguration of our next president looming and anxiety about the changes we can expect during the next four year growing, there has never been a more urgent need to declare that Milwaukee County will not tolerate discrimination in any form, and that Milwaukee County values all of its residents.
“In order to reaffirm our values of respect and equality, I plan to introduce a resolution this month that will declare Milwaukee County’s opposition to bigotry, hate speech, intolerance, threats, and discrimination, and I urge all residents of Milwaukee County to contact their supervisor in support of this initiative.”
