Goll Mansion Project Now Called Transera

New Land Enterprises’ Goll Mansion Project has a new website and a new name, The Transera.  The company recently unveiled their new website.  Floor plans of units are now available, as well as a proposed amenities list.  The project recently gained approval from the Milwaukee Common Council.

    Holy cow, those are uber-luxury full floor apartments. Any idea on the prices?

    @Feebus 9 Oh yea these are high end units… Basically everything start at $1 million and going up!

    This is an exciting project. Do you know what percent of leasings the tower needs to be built? If they meet it when does construction start?

    Well I don’t know exact numbers but in today’s market it will be a pretty high percentage. My guess higher than 50% maybe as high at 70%.
