Zilber Property Group Acquires Germantown Site for New Business Park

A 706,000 square foot industrial distribution facility for Briggs & Stratton Corporation will be the development’s first building project.

Zilber Property GroupSM (Zilber) is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 145-acre site in Germantown, WI to accommodate the development of Germantown Gateway Corporate Park. A 706,000 square foot industrial distribution facility for Briggs & Stratton Corporation will be the development’s first building project. The Briggs & Stratton facility will accommodate distribution operations for Briggs & Stratton® engines and other products.

Located at US-41 and Highway 167, Germantown Gateway Corporate Park’s remaining land will be available to accommodate an additional 1.5 million square feet of future industrial speculative buildings and build-to-suit projects.

William Bonifas, Matthew Cariello and Karl Wiedemann of CBRE represented Briggs & Stratton Corporation and Michael Kleber, Director of Industrial Leasing, represented Zilber Property Group in the transaction. Michael Kleber also represented Zilber Property Group in the acquisition of approximately 145 acres of land for the Germantown Gateway Corporate Park development.
