Zilber Property Group Acquires Germantown Site for New Business Park

A 706,000 square foot industrial distribution facility for Briggs & Stratton Corporation will be the development’s first building project.

Zilber Property GroupSM (Zilber) is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 145-acre site in Germantown, WI to accommodate the development of Germantown Gateway Corporate Park. A 706,000 square foot industrial distribution facility for Briggs & Stratton Corporation will be the development’s first building project. The Briggs & Stratton facility will accommodate distribution operations for Briggs & Stratton® engines and other products.

Located at US-41 and Highway 167, Germantown Gateway Corporate Park’s remaining land will be available to accommodate an additional 1.5 million square feet of future industrial speculative buildings and build-to-suit projects.

Michael Kleber also represented Zilber Property Group in the acquisition of approximately 145 acres of land for the Germantown Gateway Corporate Park development.
