Zepnick lauds Supreme Court’s ruling in favor of Wisconsin businesses

Milwaukee – Rep. Josh Zepnick today lauded the Supreme Court’s ruling in favor of Wisconsin consumers.
“Consumers in Wisconsin were damaged by the actions of American Electric Power Co. and Duke Energy Co.’s. price manipulation. As a State Representative who has pushed for stricter price gouging laws for years, I am truly pleased that justice has been served and Wisconsin businesses and consumers can begin to recoup some of the losses that came about from these companies actions.
“Wisconsin citizens should not be worried about being gouged; I will continue to be a voice on maintaining and enforcing anti-price gouging laws.”
