WMSE’s 18th Annual Rockabilly Chili Fundraiser
his Sunday, March 8 at 11AM join WMSE for the 18th Annual Rockabilly Chili Fundraiser. This year we’ve made it even hotter! With over 50 chilis to taste you get to decide who takes home the title for best, Heat, Meat, Veggie Unique and Display.
We’ve also got a very special Milwaukee Fire Department (competing on behalf of Ignite The Spirit a charity for injured fire fighters) vs Milwaukee Police Department (competing on behalf of MPD’s Fallen Heroes for officers who have been injured in the line of duty) contest happening.
The chili races are back, live music by the Long Line Riders and don’t forget to pick up a bottle of Ha Ha hot sauce created by our friends at Black Shoe Hospitality. Artists Working in Education will be there to keep the littles entertained.
DJs Dietrich and Johnny Z will be on the decks and Tom Crawford will host.
Don’t forget to bring two non-perishable goods for Hunger Task Force to receive two additional tasting tickets. We’ll see ya Sunday March, 8th at the Kern Center – and don’t forget to set your clocks forward for daylight savings!
